We want you to be satisfied with your Morpankh Agrotech purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Return Eligibility
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Products that show signs of use, damage from misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return.
Refund Process
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, where applicable) within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Situations
Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds for approved returns will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
